Working with Boys

Project Objective

To challenge existing social constructions of masculinity and promote positive alternatives through engagement with boys and young men. The project seeks to nurture socially responsible adolescents and youth who actively contribute to building a gender-just and gender-equitable society based on respect, equality, and human rights.

Future Plans and Vision

The long-term vision is to build a gender-just and gender-equitable society where women and men work together to challenge oppressive patriarchal structures and eliminate discrimination. The project aims to expand engagement with adolescent boys and young men, strengthen community-level advocacy for gender equality, and develop a new generation of responsible male leaders committed to protecting human rights and promoting social justice.
