Our work combines learning, participation, healing, and action—empowering individuals and communities to build a future rooted in dignity, inclusion, and equality.
What We Offer
Child Protection & Safeguarding
We work with children, families, communities, and institutions to prevent stigma, neglect, abuse, exploitation, and all forms of violence against children. Through awareness building, capacity strengthening, and community-based interventions, we seek to create safer environments where children are protected, heard, and respected.
Sport for Empowerment (Kabaddi)
Our Kabaddi programme goes beyond the game. Sports becomes a platform for learning teamwork, discipline, grnder equity and building self-efficacy, confidence, and leadership. By creating inclusive sporting spaces, we help children and adolescents develop both physical and social-emotional skills while challenging gender stereotypes and building community connections.
Gender and Life Skills Education
Our Gender Learning Circles create safe spaces for young people to explore gender, power, relationships, and social norms. Through interactive activities, storytelling, and discussions, they build empathy, critical thinking, communication, self-awareness, problem-solving, consent, leadership, resilience, and healthy relationship skills—equipping them to make informed decisions and navigate life with confidence.
Psychosocial Support
Healing and wellbeing are at the heart of our work. We provide psychosocial and counselling support that helps children, adolescents, and survivors cope with adversity, build emotional strength, and develop positive support systems. Our approach promotes trust, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.
Youth Leadership and Community Engagement
We empower young people as agents of change through leadership programmes, mentorship, and experiential learning. By engaging parents, caregivers, educators, local leaders, and communities, we strengthen collective action for child protection, gender equity, and safer, more inclusive communities.
Creating Pathways to Safety and Support
Our accessible support and referral services provide a safe and supportive space for children, adolescents, youth, and families facing protection concerns. Through information, guidance, psychosocial support, and linkages to appropriate services, we help individuals access the care and assistance they need, while promoting safety, dignity, and inclusion.
Knowledge Building
We conduct studies and generate evidence that informs policy, practice, and public discourse on issues affecting children and young people. Through participatory research, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, we amplify lived experiences and contribute to more informed and effective solutions.
Capacity Building and Training
We design and facilitate training programmes for educators, community workers, institutions, government stakeholders, and civil society organisations. Our trainings strengthen knowledge, skills, and practices related to child protection, safeguarding, gender equity, youth participation, and inclusive development.
